The quickness of fixing drainage issues.

The drainage issues, the ice bucket with puke in it and the rude staff member when we left a night early.

The outdoor pool area was atteactive

Our first room was unacceptable dirty hair in the sink blood on the floor. We got another room that was much better, but I still was quite uncomfortable fear there might be bedbugs.

Friendly staff. Conveniently located. Had a lamp with tech plugs.

Drapes didn?t keep the outside lights from shining in the room.

Location, clean, restaurant

There was a lady staff member at the pool deck drinking and smoking in her swimming suit. A group of boys were jumping and playing in the pool, not bothering anyone. She yelled at them, then went and told other staff which in turn also came out.

When booking needed hotel in Oscala. Agent said it was, when in fact it was in Homasassa FL.50 miles away. When we arrived hotel room floor was filthy dirty. Wet and greasy. We changed rooms and in morning when wanting to take a shower. The faucet was

Absolutely nothing!

Walls are paper thin and couldn¿t sleep because you could hear everything through the walls. Room floor and walls were filthy and had mold. Tub drain barely worked. Both days early in the morning hotel employee was dragging several trash cans back/forth

It was a large quiet room. Staff were friendly.

Toilet wasn't flushed. Mold in the bathroom. Carpet hadn't been vacuumed....two dead roaches on the carpet. No breakfast....just coffee.

Location and cost

Noise of occupants. Shouting until early morning. Coffee filter had not been thrown away. TV was on and thought someone had been there right before we checked in.

This hotel was nasty. There was no hot water at all no matter how long I let the water run. The grounds were dirty the stairwells filled with cigarette butts, just scary. I could not even take a hot shower after being in the water all day.Refund!

The best part about this hotel experience was the Front Desk. He was more than kind considering the disappointing situation of f having a reservation with no available clean room. We arrived late and the room we reserved was trashed.!

Our room was not cleaned upon arrival!

This hotel is old and in need of serious renovation. It seemed as if it hasn't been updated since it was built whenever that was... room smelled like mold...

Actually saw a roach on the counter by the microwave, a dirty qtip on the floor and behind the bedside table was disgusting. Front desk very overwhelmed, no continental breakfast as advertised.

Beds were comfortable and they gave us a first floor room

We arrived at 6:30 and office was locked with sign that read after 7:00go to 2nd floor room 200, which I did and no answer..I found a lady in laundry room and she told me to go back upstairs and wait and she'd be there as soon as she could.

Housekeeping does great. But it is an unsavory atmosphere. Lots of shady characters hanging around

Room doesn't seem worth the price. 2 blocks down road is a smaller hotel with same atmosphere and $-- a night cheaper

Drunk people dancing on our door at 3am and told staff at front desk and nothing was done. There where roaches in the room. And I asked for a min smoking room and was giving a room that smelled of nothing but cigarette smoke

Hotel could really be updated. A fresh coat of paint and bed covers without cigarette burn holes in them would go a long ways.

Most of the staff is excellent. Room had hair in the tub. This place is not kept up. Needs

Hotel overall is run-down; bathroom old and tub had a nasty rubber mat in it, room was musty, carpet was not vacuumed well, hall ways dirty, paint aged and moldy. The entire place needs updating.

Everything! They need to update the hotel. Non smoking rooms smelled like they were smoking rooms. We saw 3 roaches in our room. Pillows were half the size of a regular pillow.Not enough towels in room. Overall creepy hotel. Would never return.
